At Hrgems.com the term "experience" is used for the combination of user ID, single use password, and the instrument or instrument suite presented to the user. The term, "experience", captures the essence of what the user perceives as they come to the site and responds to what is placed before them.

The user can be told about the Experience awaiting them in a number of ways:

• As a free service from Hrgems.com, an administrator can send an email to the users with their userid and single use password.  This email is customizable and can include an active link that will take the user directly to the experience.   Alternately, they can come to Hrgems.com and type in the userid and password.
• The administrator can download the userid's and password information and send it in an email manually.
• The admin can notify the user with a phone call or similar method.   This might be the case for pre-employment testing that needs to be completed right away for a quick hire.
